You can tell a lot about a person or an organization’s values by the way they act—not what they say they value, but what they actually do. These are the values that moved us to found Mission Minded, and that guide how we work, who we hire, and how we show up for our clients and each other.
We lead with what’s possible, not what’s broken. But we don’t sugarcoat the hard stuff either. Real optimism means seeing the challenges clearly and believing you can overcome them.
We believe in each other and act like it. That means celebrating wins, having hard conversations with care, and making sure no one pushes through alone. When one of us rises, we all do.
We don’t settle for safe. We push boundaries, challenge assumptions, and ask the questions that spark something new. Bold ideas aren’t reckless. They’re how to inspire people to think and act in new ways.
We create space for the perspectives often overlooked. Inclusion isn’t a box to check, it’s how we build brands, teams, and work that actually reflects the people it’s meant to serve.
When we recapped the NBA event with our senior leadership team, everyone talked about how important our new brand and name were at this moment. It gave us power and purpose and sounded amazing ringing out in the stadium and in the press. So grateful for Mission Minded!
